Position Title: Production Technician

Position Summary:
The Production Technician plays a key role in the processing and restoration of customer contents within the warehouse or cleaning facility. This position is responsible for receiving, cleaning, deodorizing, and repackaging personal property affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold damage. Working under the direction of the Production Lead or Operations Manager, the technician follows established procedures to ensure items are restored to pre-loss condition and are ready for return to the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Unpack and stage incoming contents for cleaning and processing, verifying against inventory documentation.
  • Clean and deodorize a variety of contents (e.g., household goods, decor, electronics, collectibles) using industry-approved techniques and cleaning agents.
  • Operate specialized restoration equipment including ultrasonic machines, ozone chambers, drying stations, and HEPA vacuums.
  • Accurately repackage and label contents for storage or return, ensuring condition is properly documented.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas, including cleaning stations, drying areas, and shelves.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Handle contents with extreme care, especially fragile, sentimental, or high-value items.
  • Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and contaminated materials.
  • Collaborate with the field and warehouse teams to ensure contents are ready on time for delivery or pack-back.
  • Support quality control checks to ensure all items meet restoration standards before being marked complete.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
