About the Role:

The Shipping Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within the warehouse environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all products are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The Shipping Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to optimize workflow and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Additionally, this role involves monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Ultimately, the Shipping Supervisor is key to enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Minimum Qualifications:
