Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and establish standards and procedures for the warehouse includes the following:

  • Organize the warehouse team in areas of production. To Include:
  • Coordination shipment of material in a time efficient manner
  • Inventory Management
  • Organize and Track Inventory within appropriate system
  • Inspection of material upon receiving and prior to shipping
  • Assist Sales Associates when necessary in moving material
  • Complete Reports in a timely manner, to include receiving, shipping and return material documents.
  • Ensure all members have knowledge of stone material regarding the types, color and material quality.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment
  • Make deliveries via a CDL Class B truck when necessary
  • Orient and Train new employees through on the Job Training and other training opportunities.
  • Evaluate Staff Performances and provide coaching to increase employee's performances when appropriate.
  • Responsible for the Safety of Employees, and material. Conduct regular safety meetings in educating warehouse staff.

  • Ability to work with a diverse group and promote team work.
  • Strong Organization skills in planning, and time management
  • Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Class A or B Driver's license
