Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available
  • Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (on-site)
  • Schedule Options: 1st Shift (6:00 am-2:30 pm) or 2nd Shift (2:00 pm-10:30 pm)
  • Schedule Notes: We do NOT have overnight or weekend shifts

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

  • $17.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience

  • This role is primarily scheduled during assigned shift hours. From time to time, business needs may require work during evenings, weekends, or overtime periods to support production demands, peak workloads, or client commitments.


What You’ll Do

As a General Warehouse & Production Worker, you will:

  • Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns with accuracy and care.
  • Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed their run rate goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
  • Language: English proficiency preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, MN or plan to relocate before starting.
