About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer/Procurement Manager to join our merchandising team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage procurement operations across a variety of product categories—including apparel, displays, barware, and goods for the wine and spirits industry. This position is ideal for a purchasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and has a passion for optimizing supply chain processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing operations aligned with bi-annual forecasting and distribution schedules.

  • Maintain accurate inventory reports and conduct regular analyses of stock levels, pricing, and inbound shipments.

  • Recommend product assortment changes based on sales performance and stock movement.

  • Source and manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and production standards.

  • Ensure alignment between internal item catalogues, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and warehouse records.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
