  • 5‑day workweek designed to support consistency and work‑life balance
  • Schedules (Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat), ensuring one weekend day off
    • Schedules may adjust based on operational needs
  • 4:30 AM start time aligned with peak operational flow

Main responsibilities:

  • Processes store returns and returns to vendors using proper Company policies.
  • Coordinates with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation and space allocation.
  • Conducts daily crew meeting to discuss safety, productivity and accuracy.
  • Communicates with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
  • Supervises scheduling of inbound load appointments.
  • Responsible for, sign for, sort and distribute inbound, overnight carrier and mail service deliveries.
  • Walks warehouse daily, with Superintendent, to ensure that safety, security, sanitation and pest control codes, laws, and policies and government regulations are maintained.
  • Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Strong general knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with word processing and spreadsheets is helpful.
