We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to help lead and support our warehouse teams across Wisconsin. If you're passionate about developing people, improving operations, and driving results in a fast-paced distribution environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support warehouse operations across multiple locations, providing hands-on guidance and assistance to ensure operational success.
  • Develop and execute strategies that improve safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Warehouse Managers and leadership teams while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish performance standards, monitor key operational metrics, and drive corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with warehouse teams and cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and succession development to ensure warehouses are equipped for current and future growth.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and best practices while managing budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
  • 3-4 years of prior warehousing distribution experience is required.
  • 2 years of prior warehouse management experience is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Driver’s License and own transportation are required.
