We are hiring in Fontana, CA/ Port Reading, NJ/Romeoville, IL



Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for warehouse location selection, and setup from the scratch.
  • Be responsible for the self-operate warehouse performance including formulating an efficient warehouse management process, improving warehouse capacity, and warehouse service quality
  • Familiar with the project process, monitor and analyze data, and ensure the efficient operation of the system in the warehouse through data management.
  • Contributes strategically to the supply chain leadership team and assists company leadership in setting company strategy and direction based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technology, and customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects at once; plan, arrange, organize, ad negotiate contracts, services, and vendors, and communicate status on a regular basis like inbound, outbound and inventory control inquiries.
  • Constantly optimize and minimize the operation, property damage, and loss caused by returns cost of warehouses
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall budget of the Fulfillment Center, Transportation, and capital projects.
  • Manage upgrades and expansions of the Fulfillment Center.
  • Implement warehouse management system changes for efficient process flow, changes in business strategy, and always improving customer service initiatives.
  • Report and present financial results, projects, and goals to executive team, advisory board, and peers as needed to present the P&L.
  • Ensure the department/staff is adhering to company policies and procedures and strictly follow the OSHA policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics warehouse management.
  • 5 years of Leadership role managing Fulfillment Centers
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Strategic Pre-assessment evaluations and alternatives to achieve business objectives
  • Experience leading test, learn, and evaluation project controls.
  • Solutions Development and delivery– ROI, the total cost of ownership, optimized, scalable, process engineering, systems integration, project implementation, commissioning, support.
  • Success leading and inspiring analytics, process improvement teams, and individuals to perform their best and achieve their career goals.
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Solid knowledge of mainland China export policy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Mandarin speaking is a big plus
