Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Lead and manage warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels to support operational demands.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process compliance.
Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, SLA performance, and labor efficiency.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA compliance standards.
Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Assist Warehouse Manager with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • At least 3  years of experience in warehouse operations and team management.
  • Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
