The Warehouse Manager is a key leader working in conjunction with the Assistant Manager to meet that goal. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for people development and the overall warehouse and delivery operations. This role has a broad range of responsibility in store operations and reports directly to the Assistant Manager.

Some of the functions the Warehouse Manager will perform:

  • Assists in the hiring, training and retaining of high quality team members who exhibit our values
  • Partners with Assistant Manager to ensure a deep talent bench by continuously developing internal talent and attracting external talent
  • Leads warehouse team to ensure highest level of customer service standards are executed in home deliveries
  • Provides feedback and innovative ideas to supervisor on building a more profitable warehouse operation
  • Ensures proper execution of best practices related to delivery preparation and process
  • Assists in managing warehouse payroll within budgeted guidelines
  • Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise
  • Increases completion of home delivery rate by utilizing best practices
