Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Canal Fulton, OH. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
