Job description

PPG's Aerospace Business is looking for a CMS Chemical Coordinator to join our team in Lansdale, PA! In this role you will be the main PPG personnel onsite at the customer facility in support of the PPG chemical inventory management program.
This is an onsite position working out of a customer facility in Lansdale and reporting to the CMS Customer Site Chemical Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between the PPG warehouse and customer representatives onsite at the customer facility.
  • Receive shipments from the PPG warehouse and deliver material to designated point of use areas at the customer facility.
  • Analyze and determine ideal stocking objectives by reviewing historical data and interfacing with customer planners.
  • Monitor and prioritize key product delivery and stock to ensure continuous customer operations.
  • Work daily with key PPG supply chain and warehouse team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory tracking required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, standing consistently.
  • Willing to work in non-climate-controlled production facilities.
  • Only US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.
