Position Title: Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing team dynamics within the facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate challenges effectively, particularly during the renovation phase. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining communication with leadership and managing employee expectations. This role demands strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the warehouse culture and driving productivity as the facility transitions towards full operational capacity.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of 5-10 employees
  • Ensure effective communication with leadership regarding operations and employee performance
  • Manage employee schedules and time sheets
  • Assess staffing needs weekly
  • Address machinery issues as they arise
  • Assist in managing renovations while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Train and develop team members to ensure a solid foundation for success

Warehouse Manager Requirements:
