The Warehouse Manager will be managing and overseeing activities related to product replenishment, order selection, order loading, providing management and direction to warehouse staff and ensuring safety and security of the outbound warehouse personnel.
You will:
  • Manage receiving, warehousing, selecting and maintenance operations
  • Responsible for overseeing the loading of trucks efficiently, accurately and on time
  • Ensure productivity targets are achieved, and warehouse processes are running optimally
  • Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
  • Contribute to annual budget development
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and motivate employees
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly
  • Responsible for monitoring workflow of employees
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

You have:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of warehouse management experience
  • Process improvement expertise
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Safety management and inventory control skills
  • Excellent communication skills
