RCS is the country's first full-service X-ray garment solutions provider. For the past ten years we have been servicing healthcare networks by cleaning, disinfecting, repairing, X-ray scanning, and selling X-ray garments.
RCS is a fast growing, exciting company headquartered in Fishers, Indiana.
About the Position
The Second Shift Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of RCS's second-shift warehouse operations. This hands-on role helps organize the warehouse team, coordinate daily assignments, maintain workflow, and ensure established processes and quality standards are followed.
The Warehouse Lead serves as the primary point of contact for the warehouse team during second shift, helping ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable providing day-to-day direction and support to team members while working alongside them to complete warehouse responsibilities.
This is a second shift position that requires strong reliability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Second shift: 3pm - 11:30pm

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Coordinate the daily workflow of the second-shift warehouse team, including assigning work and adjusting priorities based on workload and staffing needs
  • Help coordinate employee schedules and coverage to ensure the shift is appropriately staffed
  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to warehouse team members and help ensure established procedures and expectations are followed
  • Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse team members
  • Monitor attendance, workflow, and productivity and communicate concerns or issues to the Site Manager
  • Communicate shift priorities, progress, and operational issues to the Site Manager and other appropriate team members
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive warehouse environment
  • Lead by example through reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic

Warehouse Operations
  • Clean x-ray garments using RCS's established cleaning procedures and quality standards
  • Inspect garments for cosmetic or functional issues, including broken buckles, tears, loose fabric, and other damage
  • Unpack incoming shipments and organize garments and materials within the warehouse
  • Prepare and pack garments for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and securely packed
  • Safely handle and move garments and shipping containers throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with RCS standards
  • Follow established procedures for product handling, cleaning, inspection, and shipping
  • Work efficiently to meet daily processing and productivity expectations
  • Communicate promptly regarding damaged products, inventory issues, or other concerns
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or similar hands-on environment
