Warehouse Machine Operator – 10 Immediate Openings

Location: Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift Openings

Join a stable and growing oil blending and manufacturing company in Shreveport. We are hiring 10 dependable Warehouse Machine Operators to support our expanding production operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, production, or machine-operation experience who are looking for steady, full-time work and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor warehouse and production machinery
  • Load materials and products into equipment
  • Package, label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety, production, and operating procedures
  • Report equipment issues or product concerns to management
  • Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of warehouse, production, manufacturing, or machine-operation experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
