Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

The Warehouse Lead supports data center operations by overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. This role coordinates daily logistics operations, leads a team of material handlers and logistics personnel, and ensures inventory accuracy, safe material movement, and efficient processes. The Warehouse Lead serves as a key liaison between warehouse employees, supervisors, and customers while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to support data center material flow, including receiving, storing, and shipping activities.
  • Lead and support warehouse associates in their day-to-day tasks, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Assign work priorities, schedule tasks, and ensure completion of all planned warehouse activities within established timelines.
  • Monitor employee productivity and adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to warehouse staff to build skills, improve performance, and support professional development.
  • Promote accountability, attendance, and performance standards across the warehouse team.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and material tracking using warehouse management systems and related tools.
  • Support safe material movement, including oversight of forklifts, electric carts, and pallet jacks, and reinforce safety protocols.

The standard shift schedule runs Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering consistent daytime hours in a structured warehouse setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Lunas, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63540.00 - $63544.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
