Summary:
The Warehouse Lead will manage and distribute orders for processing to maintain on time delivery. To do this, the Warehouse Lead maintains customer order integrity by managing the team
pulling orders accurately and packing the orders in a manner that will ensure quality upon delivery. The Warehouse Lead dispatches shipments to carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Must have the ability to ship international orders, perform audits, assist with cycle counts and train associates as requested. Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Lead include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain warehouse orders and efficiency.
  • Managing team on customer order integrity by pulling orders accurately and packing the orders in a manner that will ensure quality upon delivery
  • Associates must be willing to work as a team and be prepared to work in various departments as needed.
  • Shipping outbound shipments through various transit methods.
  • Ability to ship international orders.
  • Perform audits and train associates as requested.
  • Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment to avoid production delays.
  • Put away incoming inventory.
  • Maintain annual calibration of all warehouse equipment/tools.
  • All associates will help to keep the workplace clean and safe by keeping their work areas free of trash and report any unsafe conditions to a member of the management

Qualifications of the Warehouse Lead include, but are not limited to:
  • 5 years distribution or warehouse experience required.
  • Associates must be able to work in a fast paced distribution environment. Associates must also be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic Math and PC skills
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy
  • Direct warehouse personnel as required
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities and effectively deal with deadlines and pressure.

Additional Information:
  • Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Working Conditions: Warehouse Environment, not climate controlled
  • Training/Certifications: Previous distribution/warehouse experience required; forklift experience required
  • Ability to work day Mon-Fri for an 8 hour shift.
