To thrive as a Warehouse Lead, you need strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and safety certifications such as OSHA are typically required.
