    Looking for a driving job where you're treated like family, not just another truck number? Material Handling Inc. is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver to deliver and pick up forklifts and material handling equipment throughout the region.

    *ALL PPE WILL BE PROVIDED BY MHI!
    *$200 boot allowance per year
    Your Role:
    Responsibilities include the following;
    • Drop off and pickup equipment for customers
    • Operate semi-truck and trailer consistent with DOT classification CDL-A
    • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet jacks
    • Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
    • Maintain driver's logs and complete pre-trip inspections
    • Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to support their equipment needs
    • May periodically work on material handling equipment in our shop
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Requirements
    • Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience
    • Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
    • Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.
    • Basic knowledge of material handling equipment is a plus
    • Knowledge of safe driving procedures and diligent attention to safety
