Job description

At Fullscript, our warehouse team helps practitioners and patients get what they need, with care and intention. We work together, support one another, and take pride in being part of something that helps people.

We are hiring Warehouse Associates at our Lenexa, Kansas warehouse. In this role, you will scan, pick, and pack orders and work alongside a team that enjoys working together.

What you'll do
  • Prepare and organize inventory for shipping
  • Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Follow clear on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks
  • Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely
  • Receive, audit, and store incoming products
  • Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals
  • Help with other warehouse tasks as needed
What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift
  • 6 months of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment
  • Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets
  • Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded
  • Ability to work a 4x10 schedule or 5x8 schedule (including Sundays) 
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time
