Join Fullscript as a Senior Backend Developer and impact healthcare technology. You'll improve our infrastructure and ensure a seamless developer experience while collaborating with multiple teams.
In this critical role, you will oversee our application's technical landscape, drive quality improvements, and maintain shared infrastructure. Your focus on Ruby or Ruby on Rails will help build scalable solutions while addressing cross-cutting technical issues that benefit product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the long-term health of our monorepo
• Collaborate on solution designs with engineering teams
• Lead upgrades and enhance application maintainability
• Address reliability and security challenges
• Develop tooling and reduce friction for developers
Requirements:
• Robust experience with Ruby on Rails
• Commitment to serving developers effectively
• Practical experience with maintainable systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Open-minded about learning and feedback
Drive change in the healthcare industry by leveraging your expertise at Fullscript.
