Position Summary

Synthetic Grass Warehouse is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk / Driver to support daily warehouse operations and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

This position is responsible for order fulfillment, material handling, customer pickups, warehouse organization, and assigned deliveries. The ideal candidate is accountable, enthusiastic, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

  • Accurately fill orders and cut materials according to customer specifications.

  • Assist customers with order fulfillment and product pickups.

  • Load and unload freight containers, delivery vehicles, and incoming shipments.

  • Verify products and quantities before orders are released or delivered.

  • Complete assigned local deliveries safely and efficiently.

  • Secure materials properly during loading and transportation.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

  • Maintain accurate order, pickup, and delivery documentation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and traffic laws.

  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, equipment concerns, and safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish or proficiency in another language is a plus.

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, material-handling, or delivery experience preferred.

  • Previous forklift experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

  • Valid driver’s license required when operating company vehicles.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

  • Customer-service experience is a plus.
