Warehouse Associate (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Location : Adkins, TX 78101
Job Type : Full-Time - On-Site (W-2 Hourly)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay : $18.50 per hour
Reports to : Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Coordinator in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse operation. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory tasks, material handling, and basic logistics support, with the potential to grow into a coordinator role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing materials, tools, and consumables.
• Operate forklifts safely (6,000-35,000 lbs LP and diesel) to move and organize materials.
• Separate materials by work order and ensure correct identification and placement.
• Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts, helping maintain minimum/maximum levels, and updating records.
• Track and assist with the return and follow-up of borrowed tools and equipment.
• Support preparation of shipments and coordinate with logistics when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
• Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
• Experience in warehouse operations with forklift use.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred (company training available for the right candidate).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed.
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
• Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.
• Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.
• Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.
