FLSA Status: Hourly/Full time

Position Summary

The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of goods multiple business locations, while also supporting general warehouse operations. This role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and inventory handling to ensure efficient end-to-end order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and designated locations
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload goods in accordance with safety and handling procedures
  • Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips; report maintenance or safety issues
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while adapting to traffic or delays
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations
  • Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders in the warehouse
  • Support receiving and inventory processes as needed
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and warehouse areas
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Previous delivery driving and/or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to operate delivery vehicles such as vans or small trucks (CDL may be required depending on vehicle type)
  • Familiarity with GPS devices or route navigation apps
  • Basic math and documentation skills
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Tennessee Commercial Driver's License is required (CDL)

Preferred

  • Flexible shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Forklift and high reach certification
