Mobile Fixture and Equipment is a leading supplier in the food service industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients across Freeport, FL, and surrounding areas. Our team is the backbone of our success, and we're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join us in delivering excellence to our customers.
Essential Functions

1. Pick, pack, and label orders accurately according to company procedures.
2. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring goods are secured properly.
3. Deliver orders to clients on scheduled routes in a timely and professional manner.
4. Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or safety concerns.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory movement.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
7. Comply with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and on the road.
8. Assist in inventory counts and warehouse organization as required.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse type environment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
1. Must be able lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
3. Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout the day.
4. Must be able to reach/grab/bend/stoop/climb/walk regularly on a daily basis.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel
There may be slight travel to client sites for delivery of products.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
3. Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role preferred.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
1. Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
2. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.
3. Must be dependable and have good attendance.
