Forklift Operator Location: Four Oaks, NC Pay Rate: $19.25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Work Type: Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Four Oaks, NC . This role supports warehouse operations by safely moving materials, parts, and finished goods using various types of industrial equipment. The position follows clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines while performing routine, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility Maintain required records and documentation Follow established processes, SOPs, and quality standards Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors Perform basic math and interpret written instructions and forms Meet productivity and accuracy expectations Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of previous Forklift Operator experience Basic computer proficiency Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including: Standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, pushing/pulling Repetitive hand and wrist motion Exposure to mechanical equipment, temperature extremes, and moderate–loud noise Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot summers, cold winters) Work Environment Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibrating equipment Occasional work at heights or in elevated areas Possible exposure to dust, fumes, or airborne particles Moderate to loud noise levels
