Order Management Deliver Operator
Location: Fully Remote (Candidates located within the Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC area strongly preferred)
Employment Type: Contract with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $32.00-$35.20/hour
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused professionals to join a growing Logistics Order Fulfillment team supporting medical equipment operations across the United States. This position plays a key role in managing spare part orders, coordinating shipments, resolving order issues, and ensuring critical equipment components reach field teams quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage spare part and tool orders for medical equipment
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and email requests
  • Track shipments and monitor order status through carrier systems
  • Investigate and resolve delays, backorders, and fulfillment issues
  • Escalate complex order concerns when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, warehouse partners, and transportation providers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within multiple systems
  • Support inventory-related activities and order reconciliation

Compensation
