Job description


The Greer Group is recruiting Warehouse Assistant for our client in Raleigh. These are temporary positions slated through November 2026!Monday - Friday, 8: 30 AM - 5: 15 PM. Evening and Weekend overtime required during Election Season, some weeks are 50-60 hour work weeks!
  • Labor intensive.
  • Assist with the packing, staging, and preparing equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with unpacking and cleaning supplies.
  • Other warehouse and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Assist with data entry of supplies in inventory management system.
  • Employee may be required to do business related driving using a rental van and daily driving during the early voting period. Employee must be willing to drive.
  • Assist in reconciliation after elections.

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be available to work full day and must be able to work up to 50-60 hour work week (including weekends) during election season.
  • Be able to sit and stand for the duration of your shift.
  • Comfortable working in various roles which may include light to intensive labor, site setup, supply inventory, general office tasks, and supporting roles.
  • Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks throughout the day.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of voter information and sign a confidentiality statement before being hired.
  • Ability to stay focused when performing repetitive tasks.
  • Prefer candidates with inventory management and auditing skills.
  • Basic Word and Excel skills preferred.
  • Employee must have a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
  • Background check and drug screen required.
