Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Home Health

Description:
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide home health therapy services.
Candidates must have experience with Oasis.
Local candidates are welcome to apply.
Supervisory references are required for submission.
Floating may be requested based on the needs of the facility.
Experience with charting systems is essential.
All certifications must be attached at the time of submission.
Candidates must possess the required state license prior to submission.
Prior employment in a permanent position must have been at least 6 months prior to application.
Requests for time off should be kept to a minimum during assignments.
