The Walmart LocalFinds team is dedicated to transforming the local shopping experience by connecting customers with neighborhood retailers through Walmart Marketplace. This team focuses on enabling seamless discovery, same-day in-store pickup, and local delivery, enhancing product variety and speed. Collaborating across functions, the team drives innovative solutions that support local business growth and improve customer engagement. Members apply strong skills in solution design, project management, and technical leadership to develop scalable, efficient offerings that align with Walmart’s strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.
