We're looking for a VP of Sales in and around Bentonville, AR, who knows how to lead at that level. Someone who's earned relationships, proven results, and is ready to scale — across a fast-growing portfolio.

Job description:

Location: Bentonville, AR - On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: EVP of Sales, Bentonville

Travel: 50% or more

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $107,000 - $143,000.00 per year

Incentive Pay: Commission

This role exists to win and grow at Walmart and Sam’s Club by translating shopper and category insights into compelling selling stories, managing financial performance (forecasting, pricing, trade, deductions), and leading disciplined execution of new items, promotions, and core business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Multiple Clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers, maintaining strong relationships while driving strategic and financial objectives.
  • Accounts Payable Management
  • Oversee deductions, billbacks, and customer compliance to ensure accurate payment, minimize financial leakage, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • P&L Management
  • Own customer-level P&L, including pricing, trade spending, cost changes, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • New Product Launch Oversight
  • Lead launch planning and execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timeline adherence, and successful market performance.
  • Business Growth Through Insights
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities through data, trends, and customer insight, developing fact-based recommendations to expand distribution, assortment, and sales. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role is performed in a combination of office, remote (home office), and customer-site environments, depending on business needs and travel schedules.
  • Regular interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams is required, both in person and via phone or video conferencing.
  • The position requires frequent travel, which may include local, regional, or national travel, as well as occasional overnight stays.
  • Work may be performed in varied customer settings, including retail locations, offices, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities, each with different environmental conditions.
  • This role may require flexibility in work hours to accommodate customer meetings, travel schedules, and business demands.
