The Specialist, Enterprise Business Services, plays a critical role in supporting business areas through data analysis, compliance management, and customer service resolution. This position ensures adherence to local, state, and federal regulations while managing payroll processes. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve complex issues, maintaining system security and access, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Specialist fosters strong relationships, communicates effectively, and upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism to support organizational objectives and enhance operational excellence.
About the team:
The Report Team plays a crucial role in ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance by auditing payroll and control reports each cycle. They identify and resolve payroll issues, supporting corrective actions that protect associates and the company. Collaborating across departments, the team maintains high standards in compliance and payroll processes while delivering excellent customer service. Their thorough reviews and clear communication uphold payroll integrity and contribute to seamless business operations. Committed to precision and teamwork, the team supports organizational goals through diligent compliance and effective payroll management.
What you'll do:
  • Support business areas by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing recommendations aligned with objectives.
  • Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, providing education and  support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and drive continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
