Position Summary...What you'll do...Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates and supervisors are trained company policies and procedures distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation monitoring compliance with policies procedures standards and area production goals and identifying and resolving internalexternal Customer associate and supervisor concerns
Manage and develop associates and supervisors in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads communicating goals monitoring performance and providing feedback teaching and supporting company policies and procedures and participating in the hiring promotion coaching training and evaluation of associates and supervisors
Manage financial aspects in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses monitoring asset utilization and preparing reviewing andor analyzing business reports
Communicate with Customers suppliers andor other WalMart associates verbally or in writing

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
