Position Summary...What you'll do...What you’ll do… The Senior Manager, Technology Operations for Walmart Imports is a critical role within Walmart’s Marketplace business, responsible for shaping and executing the operational and technology strategy for the Walmart Cross Border (WCB) Imports onboarding experience. This role will set and execute the roadmap the WCB Imports onboarding function, ensuring interested sellers gain access to Walmart Imports services efficiently, compliantly, and at scale. As Walmart Imports continues to evolve, this role has a strong focus on hands-on onboarding execution and program expansion initiatives. This position partners closely with leaders across Marketplace, Global Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, and Technology to define business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive scalable solutions for seller onboarding. In addition, this role collaborates with technology partners and cross-functional stakeholders to influence process automation, tooling enhancements, and program optimization, enabling sustainable growth and improved seller experience across the Walmart Imports platform. ________________________________________ Day in the life…
  • Lead the onboarding operations function within WCB Imports, maintaining accountability for seller onboarding execution, compliance, and performance
  • Define and manage the onboarding and expansion roadmap for Walmart Imports sellers, ensuring offerings align with seller needs, operational capabilities, and program scale objectives
  • Serve as a PMO leader for onboarding and expansion initiatives, including program planning, milestone management, risk identification, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to develop, refine, and document onboarding requirements that improve seller experience and support new program launches
  • Represent the Marketplace supply chain team in cross-functional forums, ensuring onboarding and expansion requirements are clearly communicated, aligned, and prioritized
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI development, performance monitoring, and data-backed decision-making to measure onboarding effectiveness and program success
  • Partner with product and technology teams to influence automation, tooling, and workflow enhancements, incorporating seller feedback and operational insights
  • Lead and support change management efforts as onboarding and operating models evolve with the growth of Walmart Imports

  • Demonstrated success operating in both high-growth environments and large, globally scaled enterprises
