Additional details:

  • Position is based out of Sunnyvale and it is mandatory for the candidate to be local to the Bay Area for an hybrid position to go to Walmart office twice a week and 3 days remote.

Job Description:
  • Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements.
  • Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
  • Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1 - 3 years of experience in Java based micro services on cloud and non relational databases (Cassandra preferred ) desired experience in Splunk, Kafka and CI/CD.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
