Now Hiring School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Minneapolis, Minnesota for the 2026-2027 School Year!

We are actively seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in Minneapolis, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. These are excellent opportunities for licensed SLPs who are passionate about helping students achieve communication success in the educational setting.

Position DetailsFull-Time School-Based SLP Positions

  • Location: North Minneapolis, MN
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • School Year: 2026-2027
  • Caseload: Elementary-aged students
  • School Assignments: Multiple elementary schools
  • Multiple openings available

Part-Time School-Based SLP Position

  • Location: South Minneapolis, MN
  • Schedule: Approximately 5 hours per week (one day per week works well)
  • Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
  • Flexible schedule option

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech-language services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
  • Support students with communication, language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic language needs

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with elementary and K-8 students is a plus
