Annual Salary: $80,000
Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for administration of Human Resource programs involving compensation; rewards; corporate assessments; policy management and general administration.
  • Administers recruitment, screening and hiring program for all center staff.
  • Monitors all personnel and employment practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Monitors Center worker's compensation and OSHA programs.
  • The Human Resources Manager develops and implements an effective new hire orientation, staff development and training programs.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years Human Resources experience required preferred.
  • Labor relations experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.

Additional Requirements: Skilled in policy administration, compensation, and rewards management. Must be able to conduct data analysis relating to human resources metrics. Ability to compose descriptive reports; use appropriate techniques to implement programmatic activities; verbally direct individuals and groups; remedy dysfunctional behavior; intervene with students in crisis with aggression control/ safe physical management restraint techniques.
