The (USA) Manager, Project and Construction leads the planning, coordination, and execution of significant construction projects while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives efficiently. The manager oversees risk identification and mitigation, facilitates communication among teams and partners, and supports operational transitions. By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, this position drives successful project outcomes aligned with organizational goals and upholds the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

The team leads construction projects by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. They manage budgets, assess risks, and implement contingency plans while maintaining clear communication across all parties. Focused on continuous improvement, the team supports operational transitions and applies best practices in project and construction management. Members collaborate to resolve challenges, monitor progress, and uphold company standards. What you'll do:
  • Lead and coordinate project planning, estimating, staffing, and monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
