Job Description

  • Manage high-end residential painting, wallpaper, and finishing projects from start to finish.
  • Lead crews on-site while maintaining a high standard for quality, professionalism, pace, and client experience.
  • Coordinate daily project flow, scheduling, materials, communication, and job-site execution.
  • Work closely with ownership, homeowners, designers, and team members to ensure every project is delivered beautifully.
  • Oversee detailed work involving fine finishes, high-gloss applications, wallpaper, and design-sensitive residential spaces.
  • Identify and solve job-site issues in real time to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Hold teams accountable to timelines, cleanliness, craftsmanship, and client expectations.
  • Ensure every detail is dialed in, from preparation and finish quality to final walkthrough.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management, field management, or superintendent experience in high-end residential painting, finishing, remodeling, construction, or a related trade.
  • Strong understanding of luxury residential standards, job-site professionalism, and client-facing service.
  • Experience leading crews, managing schedules, and coordinating multiple moving parts on active projects.
  • Strong eye for detail, quality, aesthetics, and what finished right should look like.
  • Excellent communication skills with homeowners, designers, ownership, vendors, and field teams.
  • Highly organized, accountable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
  • Experience with fine finishes, high-gloss work, wallpaper, or custom residential interiors is strongly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
