DESCRIPTION
REVENUE MANAGER | PALISOCIETY (Remote Position)
WHO WE ARE:
Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences - Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, and more.
We consider our employees our greatest asset: structured training from day one, consistent feedback, and a clear path for growth. We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.
POSITION PROFILE:
The Revenue Manager serves as a core operational and analytical resource within Palisociety's revenue management function, directly supporting 1-3 properties while providing cross-functional support to the Regional Director and Managing Director of Revenue Management. You'll be a key point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, and Food & Beverage, bridging day-to-day execution with broader portfolio strategy in a hands-on role that blends data-driven analysis, tactical pricing decisions, and transactional processing.
THE TASK AT HAND:
  • Monitor the competitive set, local events, and market conditions to make real-time pricing, inventory, and restriction adjustments across assigned properties.
  • Assist in developing and executing revenue strategies aligned with property-level and portfolio-wide financial targets, ensuring rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Support rate code and package build-outs in the PMS and CRS, and perform daily audits of no-shows, cancellations, rate changes, and postings to maintain data integrity.
  • Process travel agent commissions and reconcile commission reports and manage VIP and high-priority reservations in coordination with property teams.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports on pace, pickup, channel performance, and segment analysis.
  • Contribute to forecasting and annual budgeting, providing actionable insights and trend analysis across distribution channels.
  • Serve as a day-to-day resource for the Regional and Managing Directors of Revenue Management, fielding revenue-related inquiries from Sales, Marketing, F&B, Operations, and Accounting.
  • Communicate rate updates and revenue strategy to relevant teams and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional activity and inventory alignment.
  • Manage multiple properties, projects, and deadlines with strong organization, continuously developing and implementing best practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required
  • 2+ years of experience in a hotel revenue coordinator or analysis position.
  • Strong hospitality business acumen with a solid understanding of revenue management fundamentals (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, channel mix).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities across multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and interfacing with leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable adapting to new technologies and systems as business needs evolve.

Preferred
  • PMS experience with Opera, Mews, or StayNTouch.
  • RMS familiarity with IDeaS or Duetto.
  • CRS experience with Sabre SynXis.
  • Experience with Excel Power Query or Power Pivot.

Physical
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
  • Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).
  • Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.
  • Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.
  • Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).

REQUIREMENTS
