Summary Description:
Seabrook Hospitality is looking for a dedicated part-time Hospitality driver to deliver outstanding transportation services for our guests, homeowners, and employees. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable, safe, and comfortable travel while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Your duties will include managing shuttle services, laundry truck deliveries, and employee transportation. As a key representative of Seabrook Hospitality, your professionalism and commitment to top-notch service will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experience for all passengers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
  • Provide safe and reliable shuttle transportation for guests, homeowners, and employees to and from various destinations, including the Seabrook community,Aberdeen,Hoquiam and the Seattle-Tacoma and Portland area.
  • Ensure shuttle vehicles and in-town cars are operating within passenger capacity limits, maintaining a detailed log of passengers and recording no-shows.
  • Track and log employee van pool usage, coordinating with management to ensure transportation needs are met effectively.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, including Washington State speed limits and posted regulations, ensuring safe and lawful operation at all times.
  • Maintain strict adherence to scheduling, ensuring all trips, deliveries, and pickups are completed promptly.
  • Transports bedding/supplies from our laundry facility in Hoquiam to Seabrook and vice versa.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with questions and providing a comfortable, positive travel experience.
  • Address basic mechanical issues that may arise during trips, minimizing disruption to the schedule and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Uphold safety standards for all transportation services, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for passengers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of company vehicles, conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
  • Record and report all major accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Understanding and adhering to the relevant transportation regulations and safety codes.
  • Ability to use the navigation systems to find the best route and avoid additional delays.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or driving role is preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Valid State-issued driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • WA DOT physical required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays,early mornings and evenings as needed.
  • All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):
  • Ability to lift and carry items such as luggage, laundry bags, or parcels, which may weigh up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
  • Must be able to endure long hours of sitting while driving, with the ability to remain alert and focused throughout the shift.
  • Visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess distance, color, and depth.
  • Required to regularly communicate with others and exchange accurate information.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 to $21.00
