Looking for a rewarding driving job?
Blue Star Growers is seeking a dependable Bus Driver to transport our H-2A agricultural workers between their housing and orchards throughout the Cashmere Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working with people, and being part of the local agricultural community.
What You'll Do
  • Safely transport employees between housing and orchard work sites.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and passengers.
  • Assist with other transportation-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid Washington State driver's license with appropriate CDL and passenger endorsement (or ability to obtain).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
