In the role of Sr Director, Supply Chain Planning & Logistics working in Milwaukee WI, you will be part of the Customer Supply Excellence team. You will define and execute the enterprise logistics strategy, optimize the end-to-end supply network, and lead transformational initiatives that enhance service, cost efficiency, and supply chain resilience. This role integrates strategic planning with operational execution across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and network design to support growth objectives and exceptional customer experience.  

This position reports to the VP, Customer Supply Excellence and works closely with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, New Product Innovation, IT teams, executive leadership, external logistics partners, carriers, 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PL), and stakeholders across North America.  

What You'll Be Brewing: 

  • Define and execute the multi-year supply chain and logistics strategy, driving enterprise network transformation initiatives that reduce cost-to-serve while supporting growth, customer service, and supply chain resilience.  

  • Lead end-to-end network design and optimization across plants, distribution centers, co-packers, cross-docks, transportation networks, and last-mile capabilities, including capacity planning, sourcing strategies, and scenario modeling.  

  • Deliver logistics and operational cost efficiencies through transportation strategy, network optimization, carrier and 3PL sourcing, route optimization, and long-range planning initiatives.  

  • Build strong partnerships across functions to align logistics, inventory flow, manufacturing sourcing, customer service models, new product introductions, and capital investment decisions. Lead organizational development and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.  

  • You will have 4 direct reports and oversee a team of about 20 employees. In this role, you'll lead and support a team of talented employees, helping them grow through regular one-on-one meetings, career discussions, and ongoing coaching, while also providing leadership to the broader team. 

Key Ingredients:

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$149,500.00 - $196,200.00 (posting salary range) + 30target short term incentive +  target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
