Job description

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator located in Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a provider for electricity, natural gas, and steam heat industry Leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain and Procurement team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field who is looking to build a career in procurement and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Support purchasing and procurement activities

Process and track purchase orders

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Maintain procurement records and documentation

Provide administrative and data entry support

Assist with supply chain and procurement projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field

Internship or experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or order processing preferred

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53290

Shift hours: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
