Position – Aerospace Supply Chain Manager
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

We are currently seeking an experienced Aerospace Supply Chain Manager to support aerospace manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships, negotiating long-term agreements, improving supplier performance, and ensuring continuity of supply across critical aerospace commodities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations for long-term agreements (LTAs), supplier contracts, and pricing structures
  • Develop negotiation strategies that align with cost targets, delivery requirements, and supply chain objectives
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and commercial compliance
  • Resolve supplier performance issues and negotiate recovery plans when necessary
  • Monitor supplier delivery commitments and production schedules
  • Lead supplier recovery efforts to minimize production disruptions
  • Track supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, lead-time adherence, and backlog exposure
  • Develop sourcing strategies for assigned aerospace commodities
  • Conduct supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, and market evaluations
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve capacity and supply chain resilience
  • Lead supplier business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure supplier compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management teams to support business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
