Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support daily logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient material flow and accurate inventory management. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Supply Chain Management Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Supply Chain Specialist will execute inventory transactions, support coordination with third-party logistics providers, and assist with supply chain processes while assisting this Supply Chain Management Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Support daily 3PL warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory levels and material availability
  • Perform inventory transactions, updates, and reconciliation within inventory systems
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and variance investigations
  • Monitor and report inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to track shipments and resolve issues
  • Assist in processing logistics, freight, and warehouse-related invoices
  • Support damage and loss claim documentation and follow-up with responsible parties
  • Review on-hold inventory and assist with disposition activities
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and transactions
  • Support communication between internal teams including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking of supply chain metrics
  • Follow standard operating procedures for inventory control and logistics processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and 5S practices
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment preferred
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production/warehouse environment for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 25 pounds
