This opportunity is with a thriving manufacturing organization looking to for a Supply Chain Manager:


Responsibilities:

  • Lead all supply chain and materials management activities across the organization.
  • Manage sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, negotiations, pricing, and lead times.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships and performance across quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and responsiveness.
  • Own materials planning and inventory management to support production schedules and customer commitments.
  • Oversee receiving, stockroom, inventory, and material flow operations.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the supply chain team, establishing priorities, expectations, and accountability.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to resolve material issues, mitigate supply risks, and support NPI.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a supply chain or materials function.
  • Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, and supplier management.
  • Strong knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, and production requirements.
  • Experience using ERP systems with strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
