STS Technical Services is hiring a Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This highly visible finance role leads supply chain financial reporting, analytics and planning while partnering closely with finance, operations and supply chain teams.
The Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead is responsible for understanding cost drivers, improving profitability and supporting strategic initiatives across a global manufacturing environment. This position owns global consolidation of cost of goods sold reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes while driving standardization, operational efficiency and financial integrity across sites worldwide.
Position Summary
The Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead is responsible for leading supply chain financial reporting, analytics and planning. This role works closely with finance, operations and supply chain leaders to support business performance, identify cost drivers and improve profitability.
This position reports to the Director, Finance Product and Operations. The ideal candidate is a finance professional who can combine strategic FP&A experience with hands-on operational finance leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead supply chain financial reporting, analytics and planning
  • Partner with finance, operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers
  • Support profitability improvement and strategic business initiatives
  • Own global consolidation of cost of goods sold reporting
  • Support COGS budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Drive standardization across global supply chain finance processes
  • Support operational efficiency across sites worldwide
  • Maintain financial integrity across reporting, planning and analysis activities
  • Use spreadsheets and accounting systems to perform analysis and financial modeling
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to all levels of management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Balance multiple tasks under time constraints while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience and/or public accounting experience
  • Competency using spreadsheets and accounting systems for analysis and financial modeling
