You define and lead a comprehensive protection strategy spanning intelligence, executive protection, investigations, crisis response, and operational security. This is a senior leadership role for an individual who has operated at the highest levels of federal law enforcement, intelligence, or complex enterprise security, where discretion, precision, and risk command are essential to protecting people, reputation, and experience at scale.

Salary: Up to $500,000/year.

What You Will Create

You will architect and lead a unified protection and security enterprise that elevates safety, resilience, and operational excellence across every dimension of the resort experience.

  • Establish and continuously evolve a multi-layered intelligence-led security and protection framework across all resort environments
  • Direct protection strategies for guests, members, associates, executives, visiting dignitaries, performers, and high-profile stakeholders
  • Build and oversee executive protection protocols that ensure discreet, seamless coverage without diminishing guest and member experience
  • Develop enterprise-wide threat prevention, detection, and mitigation systems, including behavioral threat assessment and early intervention pathways
  • Lead crisis management and incident command structures, ensuring rapid coordination, stabilization, and recovery across any operational disruption
  • Design integrated surveillance, access control, command center, and security operations systems across hospitality, entertainment, retail, and residential environments
  • Establish specialized programs for safeguarding fine art collections, rare artifacts, installations, and culturally significant assets, including chain-of-custody and environmental protections
  • Direct intelligence operations focused on risk forecasting, scenario planning, and coordination with external law enforcement and intelligence partners
  • Oversee security for high-profile events, performances, and private experiences, ensuring operational excellence under dynamic conditions
  • Lead enterprise resilience planning, including evacuation readiness, continuity of operations, and multi-agency incident response coordination
  • Shape organizational structure across executive protection, investigations, intelligence, workplace safety, and operational security functions
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership bench sourced from elite federal, military, and enterprise security backgrounds

What You Can Expect

You operate at the center of a fast-moving, high-expectation luxury hospitality environment where precision and discretion define success.

  • A highly visible, enterprise-critical leadership role spanning all resort properties, experiences, and guest environments
  • A dynamic operational landscape that includes large-scale events, private experiences, high-profile arrivals, and continuously evolving risk scenarios
  • Responsibility for real-time decision-making in coordination with executive leadership and external agencies during critical incidents
  • Exposure to guest-facing, executive-level, and behind-the-scenes environments where security must integrate seamlessly into service delivery
  • A schedule that requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended availability during major operational periods or incidents
  • Physical presence across varied environments, including indoor venues, outdoor installations, event spaces, and secure operational centers
  • A leadership culture that values discretion, composure, and measured response under pressure
  • Opportunity to shape a premier protection model within a nationally recognized luxury destination environment

What You Bring

  • You bring a command-level mindset grounded in judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across strategic and tactical domains.
  • Executive presence with the ability to advise senior leadership and influence enterprise risk decisions
  • Deep capability in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional security environments with precision and accountability
  • Proven instinct for identifying, interpreting, and mitigating emerging threats before escalation
  • Calm, authoritative decision-making in high-pressure and rapidly evolving situations
  • Strong communication style that translates complex security concepts into clear executive-level guidance
  • Experience operating in environments where public visibility, reputation, and guest experience are tightly interwoven
  • Ability to lead through influence, building trust across internal teams, external agencies, and high-profile stakeholders
  • Commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across all security functions
  • PA Act 235 certification
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership directives
  • Clear and professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Physical readiness to meet operational demands
  • A current, valid driver’s license
