looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our Mid & Southwest market operations. As a

Regional Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving

operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service,

and achieving our business goals.

Job Summary: The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) will be

responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Wingstop locations in the

Mid & Southwest market, and based out of Houston, TX. The RVP will

ensure that all restaurants operate efficiently, profitably, and in compliance

with Wingstop standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic

planning, and exceptional interpersonal skills to lead a team of managers and

staff towards achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to restaurant managers, aligning team efforts with company goals and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee performance across multiple sub-regions and locations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and exceptional guest service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive top-line sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess restaurant performance, deliver coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Partner with restaurant leadership to create actionable plans for improvement, monitor progress, and foster accountability.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, optimize revenue streams, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies across all locations.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives to build and retain a high-performing, service-oriented team.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Wingstop within the community, building strong relationships with local stakeholders and enhancing brand presence.
  • Demonstrates a hands-on leadership approach by providing in-store operational support when necessary to ensure excellence and team alignment.
  • Builds and empowers high-performing teams to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across multiple units.
  • Serves as a dynamic and influential brand ambassador for Wingstop, consistently promoting brand values and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the Mid & Southwest markets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Vice President of Operations or similar role in the food service or retail industry.
  • Experience in multi-unit operations (required)
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, labor management, and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Southwest market.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with franchise operations.
  • Knowledge of the Southwest market, particularly Texas.
