SUMMARY

Welltower is seeking a strategic and operationally drivenVice President, Revenue Managementto establish and lead a best-in-class revenue management function across its senior housing real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing pricing strategies, optimizing asset-level revenue performance, and building the infrastructure, analytics, and team required to drive NOI growth. 

This is a foundational role that will shape how Welltower drives top-line growth across its platform. The VP of Revenue Management will play a critical role in unlocking value through smarter pricing, better data, and closer alignment between real estate and operations.  This leader will partner closely with Asset Management, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Operating Partners to embed revenue optimization into daily decision-making and long-term portfolio strategy. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and   scale Welltower’s enterprise-wide revenue management strategy 
  • Establish frameworks for pricing, rate setting, concessions, and occupancy optimization 
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure to support decision-making 
  • Develop dynamic pricing models across independent living, assisted living, and memory care 
  • Optimize rent, care pricing, and ancillary revenue streams 
  • Create market-based pricing strategies leveraging competitive intelligence and demand signals 
  • Standardize pricing governance across operating partners while maintaining flexibility for local markets 
  • Partner with Asset Management to drive occupancy, rate growth, and RevPOR (Revenue Per Occupied Room) 
  • Identify underperforming assets and implement targeted revenue improvement strategies 
  • Support underwriting and investment decisions with pricing and demand insights 
  • Define key revenue KPIs and build scalable reporting systems 
  • Leverage internal and external data (market comps, demographic trends, lead data, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive models (demand forecasting, price elasticity) 
  • Work directly with operating partners to implement pricing strategies and drive adoption 
  • Serve as a thought partner to Operations and Sales leadership teams 
  • Align incentives and performance metrics with revenue optimization goals 
  • Evaluate and implement revenue management systems (RMS) and CRM integrations 
  • Improve data quality and standardization across the portfolio 
  • Drive digital transformation in pricing and sales processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy 
  • Experience in senior housing, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, or related sectors strongly preferred 
  • Proven track record of building or scaling revenue management functions or leading enterprise pricing initiatives 
  • Strong analytical background with experience in data-driven decision-making 
  • Experience working across decentralized operating models or with third-party operators 
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence without direct authority 
  • Familiarity with tools such as RMS platforms, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems
