Job Summary:
VP Racing Fuels is seeking a full-time Financial Business Analyst to join their Accounting Department at their Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves providing data-driven insights and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Drive data-informed business decisions and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Determine key data points and metrics necessary for tracking and enhancing business performance.
• Evaluate and implement Business Intelligence (BI) tools as needed to support organizational goals.
• Develop clear, easy-to-interpret reports that translate data into actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize and implement recommended changes.
• Apply statistical methods to identify opportunities for operational improvement and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with department managers to establish consistent data collection standards and guidelines.
• Support leaders by analyzing ROI on capital expenditures and tracking spend against forecasts.

Qualifications:
Required:
