Job description

Centennial is seeking a Vice President role located in Burlington, KY for a manufacturer and distributor of precast concrete products with a customer-centric approach. Looking for a well-rounded leader to be responsible for growth of sales, improved operations and strategic planning.


The goal of the Vice President is to boost profits and make the company run smoothly. They oversee all the departments within the company, helping Managers and Supervisors in those units deliver exceptional performance. Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff


  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
  • Ensuring that departments deliver quality offerings to clients
  • Working closely with sales and operations improve efficiency and performance
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity and profitability
  • Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
  • Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business (full P&L responsibility)
  • Leading and fostering customer service and "can-do" culture

Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred.

·     10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience

·     Experience in manufacturing processes
